Live entertainment every evening during the winter and five evenings per week during the summer. Calypso, steel band, jazz, piano, reggae etc.
Monday night – weekly cocktail party hosted at the O'Hara family home followed by a sumptuous West Indian/International buffet.
Thursday night – full choice Barbecue serving fillet and sirloin steaks, marinated breast of chicken, veal and pork ribs, lamb chops, pork sausages, jumbo prawns, fresh catch of the day, fish kebabs and fresh salmon burgers. This is followed by a floor show featuring limbo dancing, folk dancing and fire eating.
The à La Carte menu changes daily on all other evenings and features classical adaptations, International fusions and local dishes.
