TWO BEDROOM ACCOMMODATION |
All rates quoted in U.S. dollars. Double rates are for two persons.
RATES INCLUSIVE OF SERVICE CHARGE AND ALL TAXES.

Minimum Stay Requirements
There are minimum night requirements for stays within or overlapping the dates below:
01 - 07 April 2010 - 7 nights
22 - 29 November 2010 - 7 nights
19 December 2010 - 04 January 2011 - 14 nights
01 - 28 February 2011 - 7 nights
18 - 25 April 2011 - 7 nights
21 - 28 November 2011 - 7 nights
There are no arrivals between 25 December 2010 and 02 January 2011.
Child Policy
Coral Reef Club welcomes families, some of whom have visited for two generations; however children under 12 years cannot be accommodated during the period 15 January - 15 March.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed in the restaurant or lounge after 7.00 p.m.
Children under 16 years cannot occupy a room alone. (Not applicable to communicating rooms.)
Closure Dates
The Coral Reef Club will be closed for annual refurbishment and staff holidays during the periods 22 May - 21 July 2010 and 21 May - 20 July 2011.
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against possible cancellation charges which may be due to the following. In cases of "No Shows" or cancellations within 28 days of arrival during the winter (excluding Christmas), and within 14 days of arrival during the summer, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. Between 15 December 2010 and 04 January 2011 a charge of 7 nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the full charge is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the booking, there will be no charge.
Deposit Requirement
Summer: For stays of 1 - 3 nights duration a deposit of 1 nights rate is required. For stays of 4 nights a deposit of 2 nights rate is required. For stays of 5 nights or longer a deposit of 3 nights rate is required.
Winter: For stays of 1 - 3 nights duration a deposit of 1 nights room rate is required. For stays of 4 nights a deposit of 2 nights rate is required. For stays of 5 - 13 nights a deposit of 3 nights is required. For stays of 14 nights or longer a deposit of 5 nights is required. Over the Christmas/New Year period a deposit of 7 nights rate is required.
